I wish to advise that I have had a property in Newcastle being managed by Chapman Real Estate for the past 28 years.

This came about as the result of me taking the bold step and leaving the coast and going west as part of my work.  Was this a good move, for work yes and for my financial interests yes also, Chapmans have provided support guidance security and direction over all of those years.

A little over 2 years ago I had the pleasure of being advised that Haylee was taking over the management of our property this was not long after we had conducted considerable renovations on the site to enhance the property and improve on our investment.

I am happy to say that our commitment and the attention and dedication of Haylee complimented each other so well it was not funny.

I have never experienced a property manager with such dedication and commitment to the property and to the owners but also having empathy to the tenants and being a real negotiator, which this is all about, a need to keep every one happy and ensure that things are flowing.

I have nothing but praise for Haylee she is probably the best property manager that my wife and I have had and I can indicate that we own a number of properties in various locations and I wish that Haylee could manage them all.

Karen and the team at Chapman have sold two properties for me. I originally met with serval agents to decide whom was best to sell my first property. Karen won hands down, the enthusiasm and honesty was genuine and easy to see. The first property was in a good location and was a good price so it sold quite quickly. A few hiccups along the way which were dealt with by Karen and her team the right way and quickly so as to keep both the buyer and myself happy.

The second property while it was a beautiful home and priced well, it was in a not so booming suburb. It did take time, but never once along the way did Karen give up, or tell me to drop the price dramatically to get a quick sale. Although dropping the price 20k would have made an easy sell and not meant much different for chapman Karen kept working and got the job done. Could not recommend Karen and the team at Chapman more.

Dear Haylee,

I just wanted to say thank you for all that you have done over the time you have been our property manger. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and you have always gone the extra mile for us. Winston and I have had our rental properties managed by Chapman’s for over 8 years now and our experience has always been very positive. You have been the best though.
